 RENT STABILIZATION PROGRAM COMPREHENSIVE FEE STUDY

Brief Description: The City of Beverly Hills invites qualified consultants to respond to a Request for Proposals to conduct a comprehensive fee study to determine appropriate program fees in order recover all program costs associated with services provided through the Rent Stabilization Program. 

Question Deadline:  May 24, 2018 @ 4:00 p.m. PST

Proposal Due Date:  May 29, 2018 @ 2:00 p.m. PST and mail or deliver to:

City Clerk’s Office
455 North Rexford Drive, Room 290 
Beverly Hills, CA 90210. 

• Sealed Proposals will be received at all times during normal business hours prior to the deadline.
• All proposals must be in writing and must contain an original signature by an authorized officer of the firm.  Electronic bids (i.e., telephonic, FAX, etc.) are NOT acceptable.

All proposals shall clearly contain on the outside of the sealed envelope in which they are submitted: 
 RFP #18-25, RENT STABILIZATION PROGRAM COMPREHENSIVE FEE STUDY.
